 Big Sky Financial Solutions is a joint venture between Big Sky Credit Union (Big Sky) and Outlook Financial Solutions Pty Ltd (Outlook). Big Sky Financial Solutions will provide financial advice, education, and wealth management services to Big Sky’s 30,000 members, employees of the various employer groups, along with the communities in which Big Sky operates - complementing the range of banking services they currently receive from Big Sky. Big Sky’s members include employees of a range of employer groups, including BHP Billiton, BlueScope and BP. They also operate in key regional areas including: Hedland (WA), Newman (WA), Moranbah (Qld) and Roxby Downs (SA) where they provide banking services to the entire community. Big Sky Financial Solutions will operate under Outlook’s Australian Financial Services License. The shareholding structure of the new company will see Big Sky with 51% and Outlook Financial Solutions with 49% of the joint venture company Big Sky Financial Solutions. Outlook is a wholly owned subsidiary of Snowball Group Limited. Snowball is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and has developed a reputation as a specialist provider of financial education, guidance and advice to member based organisations. |
