Big Sky Financial Solutions Acquisition of Westwide Financial Services



August 2nd, 2010 Big Sky Financial Solutions (BSFS) announces the acquisition of Perth based financial advice company Westwide Financial Services. Westwide was established in 1989 and provides personalised planning advice, specialising in Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF’s). “Westwide will provide significant benefits to our WA based members, who will have access to a SMSF specialist in our Perth office” says BSFS Director Mr. Tony Ryan “. The Westwide acquisition is a step in our goal to grow sustainable scale in BSFS and to continue to provide benefits to Big Sky members through the provision of full suite of financial solutions.”

The joint venture between Big Sky Financial Solutions and Outlook Financial Solutions is unique within the finance industry; with two reputable companies working together to provide the best advice to Big Sky members. At a time when the Government focus is on tightening legislation on financial advice providers, members can be assured that the advice they receive is always in their best interest, with BSFS advisors being salary based, and not based on commissions.
